We will also organise planned or reactive maintenance works and perform regular inspections so that we can address any issues promptly, so you do not have to.
At Placekeeper health and safety are of the utmost importance to us and therefore we undertake all essential fire safety and health and safety checks as well as our maintenance checks on a regular basis. We pride ourselves in our ability to ensure that your site is managed in a safe manner and legally compliant.
Managing management company finances.
Placekeeper will provide the best value we can by utilising good quality local suppliers who deliver on price and service. We take a personal approach and often engage with residents regarding budgets and spending priorities in order to show we will listen to our customers’ needs and wants and to make sure everyone is happy with the services being provided for the cost.
Our financial management services include invoices and collecting the annual service charge from members. We also publish regular income and expenditure management accounts, pay invoices for services provided by suppliers on behalf of the management company and arrange an independent annual audit of the management company accounts.
Running the management company.
Placekeeper, Manchester will fulfil the legal role of Company Secretary and hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM). At our AGM we will take minutes of the meeting and publish them for residents. Placekeeper also hold a register of freeholders and leaseholders and keep a record of any company changes. Therefore we are always happy to arrange and maintain any insurance (such as public liability) required by the management company. We also often liaise with vendors and purchaser solicitors and will respond to queries in connection with buying or selling properties on the development.
