Our clients include a range of established developments where we have won the management contract from existing suppliers, alongside new build schemes by developers.

Developers appoint managing agents to handle everything from maintenance to long-term upkeep, with costs recovered fairly from homeowners. Buyers look for this reassurance, knowing that a professionally managed development will stay safe, well-presented, and protected for years to come.
In some developments, the developer establishes a Residents’ Management Company (RMC) to take ownership of the communal areas. Once in place, the RMC appoints a managing agent, like Placekeeper, to act on its behalf, ensuring the development is maintained safely, finances are properly managed, and all administrative responsibilities are handled efficiently.
